Like it's Forge cousin, the Armory stars off as a simple building or pit maintained by a handful that turn out enough armor to provide for the local Orc rabble, this building eventually grows in size to provide for thousands of Orc or Uruk troops.

Dirt Roads
Often beaten into the ground by constant use rather than skilled hands, these dirt roads do more for keeping Orcs and Uruks from getting lost, rather than providing a speed bonus. They provide a resource bonus in that cities without nearby forests to cut and burn can have wood from neighboring cities brought to them, and these roads do much for increasing the efficiency in which that wood arrives.

The headquarters of the leading Orc, Uruk, or corrupted human, this is where the big, tough, and scary oversee the lesser beings to make sure Sarumans will is enacted. It has very basic Orc pits beneath it's surface the provide very basic warriors, and even many Orc rabble to work and tend to the city.

Battle Pit (Level 1-X)
A pit where two or more Uruks enter, and only the strongest leave. Used mostly during peace time to entertain the restless blood thirsty Uruks who could only find joy in violence and destruction, these places use to pit Orcs versus themselves. Realizing their potential, now they help weed out the weak Uruks from the strong. The only downfall is that often after a good bloody fight, they don't want to stop. Sacrifices public order experience in troops.
