    Default Siege of Bari?

Just a few suggestions - I have been researching Byzantium's position in 1080!

Can the campaign start with the Sicilian Normans besiging the Byzantine city of Bari in Southern Italy? - this will allow the player the possibility to re-write history by preventing the Normans from driving out the Byzantines from Italy once and for all.

Also, the Byzantines should start with Antioch in 1080 - many mods ignore this fact!

That is a feature that will exist in DotS!
Antioch will be under a byz officer's rebellion at 1080!
TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

Yes, I have heard this from some sources, such as Wikipedia, but in most sources, I have heard the date 1080... :hmmm:

Oh, and was Antioch actually under the command of a rebelling officer in 1080, or is this decision for gameplay reasons??

I have only ever heard of Bari falling in 1071.
No, Antioch rebelled in 1084, so I imagine this is for gameplay reasons...

Whether Bari will be in rebel, Byz or Sicilian hands in 1080 is easy to fix. Unfortunately the engine won't allow us to start the game with a siege underway. As I have explained though, we can make it easier for certain factions to fight or to ally. That's it.

At the moment we are working on Control Points and Areas of Conflict in our map. So we might actually give Bari to the Byz, but I should point out that Bari will be a PSF (stone fort) and in the region of Taranto settlement, which I beleive will be a powerful vassal of the Sicilians.
