As many of you know, this will be my third application in three months to become a citizen. I am confident I will get a fair shake this time around despite having failed two attempts in the past. Since many of you are probably familiar with my contributions, I will start with the new tasks I have picked up. Since my last application, I have started writing for the Helios and my debut edition contains two of my reports. By the time this reaches you, the next one should be out containing another article. Two more reviews have been written and can be found in the reviews section in the arts forum. Also, I have worked on the modding registry team. The finished product of that work is far from being completed, but once it is it will serve as a database for all RTW minimods. Then of course there are the old things that deserve a mention. I’m a librarian, obviously, and the co-founder of The First Triumvirate multiplayer AAR, which now has 35 members and growing. If I am declined citizenship, of course I will continue working on all these projects. I didn’t get involved in them only to bolster my resume, but to help the site. I only ask that you thoughtfully review me despite my past. If I am granted citizenship I will be thankful for the opportunity. Citizenship would only serve to pave a path for me to become a more active member on the site itself. If I can accomplish all that I have accomplished as a non-citizen, the opportunities and involvement could only increase as a result of the privilege. I would continue on as I have been. I have yet to receive a warning or infraction in my six (almost seven) months on the site. If the standards of citizenship have gone up, and I fail yet again, I will not give up.
Thanks for your time,
Ryan (aka Pontifex)
I would also like to propose Pontifex for citizen at this time. Pontifex is one member that has stood out to me for a while now, in many cases. He has done great work with me and the other librarians in the scriptorium, and has been doing great in helping me in compiling the mini mod database for the modding registry, which is a very large and difficult task. I also know of all of his outside affiliations and achievements, including TFT. His standard of posting is truly amazing, he speaks in such a way that you cant help but double take. His contributions are many and great, and I think he deserves citizenship now for all of his hard work and dedication.

Hader
