No, more factions, its easier just to update the one in there by adding x to the amount shown. However one of the reasons it was reduced was due to Ai giving to much cash away for agreements and vassalage. Also Ai was not spending the cash it had. I would suggest increasing by 20% and seeing how that pans out first.
