However, I have been informed prior to our arrival at Altairia that our intelligence agency, the FSIA, has acquired sensible information regarding the Concilium and the so-called 'Blackstone'. In addition to this I can also inform you that the Sky Marshal will soon contact the Concilium regarding their affiliation to 'Blackstone'. What I do know and can tell you, which you properly already realize, is that the situation as it is right now is very volatile!"

I have no idea whether or not this is true, but it would not surprise me, given the corrupt nature of the Comitium Concilium. However, I believe that we should meet and discuss this situation like Gentlemen. The Colonial Federation has always upheld democracy, and it would be a shame to slip in to the imperialistic way of attacking without first negotiating. Thank you, that is all I have left to say.

A Commonwealth diplomatic ship enters Colonial space and requests coordinates to land a diplomatic party.

The Kalepian vessel is given clearance to continue and dock in Bay 17 on the GateWay station.
A Federal deligation will be awaiting them.

The ship lands, and 3 Kalepians are escorted out by a group Honor Guards.

As the Kalepians exits their interstellar vessel they are meet by a small awaiting deligation of Kalmarians, without gaurds.

"Greetings and welcome to the Colonial Federation, I am Henrikson, Cheif diplomat in the Kalepian Office. Whatever business that brings you across the entire galaxy to our home must be very important!"

The familiar figure of Reqis is flanked on the left by a male Kalepian with greyish skin and white hair wearing red and black robes, and on the right by a female Kalepian with somewhat pale skin and hair wearing green and black robes. Reqis steps forward and begins to speak.

"Greetings to you Henrikson. These are my fellow councilors, Busari and Sanasha. We have come here to discuss primarily a trade route, and also the subject of the unrest in the west.

Is there perhaps a more comfortable place where we may discuss these things?"

"We meet again, Reqis, what a pleasant surprise! Councilor Busari, councilor Sanasha! If you will gentlemen, please follow me, I have a special room prepared so we can discuss these matters in private!"
Later in the diplomatic office...
"So... I'm all ears to what the Commenwealth have to say!"

Reqis takes a seat acroos the room with his fellow Councilors, guards still standing, and begins to speak.

"Firstly, we are here to ascertain your governments position on these so-called socialists. From what we have heard, it would appear that you are hostile against those following that form of government, and as the Commonwealth follows a very similar form of government, we wish to understand whether you are hostile to those seeking to force their form of government on others, or any who follow a particular form of government."

[Holger Danske]

"Well, that is a delicate matter, Reqis. Not one you can measure in black and white.
Our disdain towards socialism originates way back in Kalmarian history. Even further back than the Terran Federation. While the concept behind socialism, or communism, if you will, might work well for certain species, it is a concept and governing theory that is not suited for humans. It has been tried many times before and the failure has been the same every time. As for the second part of your question,we respect foreign, non-human, soceities that are based on similar concepts... Our trade with the Acient Empire is a prime example. However to awsner you question directly I must say that we are neutral in those two aspects!"

[Vequor]

"Very well then.

Now that thats out of the way, the Planetary Council is most eager to begin trade with the Federation. Preferably through the Verdians and the EMPIRE. Does your government accept such an arrangement?"

[Holger Danske]

"Trade is always welcome, but our current trade network is not capable of such expansion and the trade network does not have our priority at the moment. However we will certainly consider your proposal once the trade network is upgraded!"

[Vequor]

"Very well then. There is but one last thing we are here to discuss.

Recent activities of both yourselves and the Priscus suggest that an armed conflict between you could soon come about. If I am wrong then please forgive my mistake, but if I am right, then we wish you to know that such a conflict should remain local. Wars should be able to be fought without intervention from a far away nation, and thus we hope that you will not involve the south should one occur."

[Holger Danske]

"I cannot comment on that as I'm not proper informed, but I do know that the FSIA has gather sensible and very disturbing information about several factions which can inrease tentions on our Region.

The recent war between the Sekkin and Ranatians may be resolved for now, but that does not mean the region is at peace! However, I'm pretty sure the Military administration has no interest in involving your Nation or Region if it comes to war again. I may also remind you that the Colonial Federation has not interfered in the recent conflicts that have torn your Region into two groups, and therefore we expect the same of you.

In my humble view funding seperatist movements that seeks to destroy our integrity, and sponsoring genocide on mass scale against our people is more than enough for a Casus Belli!"

"I believe you misunderstand me, though you seem to have similar feelings on the matter as we do . What we are saying is that one should not invite nations from across the galaxy to join in a conflict should one occur. Wars should stay a local matter, without interference."

I am Kanzler Hoffmann of the Teutonic Federation.
Through sources that will as of now have to remain in the dark my goverment has learned that the CFK is planning to recolonize the long lost planet of terra, origin of all humankind. Not only that, but you are also planning to place this planet under Colonial jurisdiction and governance. The Teutonic Federation deems it necessary that we, as a mostly human people, can not allow such a thing to happen and we do think that many of our kin throughout the whole galaxy will have the same feeling about this. The TF strongly recommends the CFK to contact the other major "terran" factions as to discuss this action and maybe consider a joint approach to the colonization of terra.
I fear, that, should the Colonial Federation be not be inclined to follow this suggestion or a similar approach, we will have to raise this matter to the attention of other human factions ourselves to try to solve this matter in a way that benefits and honours all mankind.

"We of the Highest Council have concluded that future trading networks would prove beneficial to both our people. Your outer colonies would be the nearest place to profitably facilitate this. Before such an action can be undertaken, however, any possible impediments must be removed. In this situation, the Priscus Aemilius proves to be quite the irritation. At any moment, they could seize said outer colonies, ruining all progress made and forcing us to construct a new trading route at great expenditure.

As such, the Highest Council would like to extend a hand to the Colonial Federation of Kalmar, and offers 300,000 of our Shieldbearer-class troops, 18,000 vehicles, 3,600 tanks, as well as 750 of our artillery. If accepted, they may be used either for offensive purposes to accelerate the take down of the Comitium Councilum, or defensively to prevent the Priscus Aemilius from capturing your outer colonies. Furthermore we would like to know who we are dealing with here as the "Etothari" is a new civilization we have not heard of before."
