how is it possible to run iberia TW with ALX.EXE?

Um, i havent Alex install, but i belive that Alexander have new pacth for Rome, not? ITw is for patch 1.5 RTW or 1.6 BI.
There players that in open beta could play with ITW install in RTW with Alex, but i dont know if it can be in GOLD also.

The mod will work always with RomeTW.exe (version 1.5). It won't work with BI.exe nor with alex.exe. Any installation having RomeTW.exe version 1.5 will work perfectly (in principle )

1.Most of RTW mods should work on BI without any problem. Just start it with RomeTW-BI.exe instead
2.RTW mods (not BI mods) can also work with alexander. You'd need to do the following "patch":

You would need some changes:

1. Change the shortcut to use RomeTW-ALX.exe, and add the "-noalexander" parameter.
2. Copy the file alexander\Data\chat_filter.san to ITW\Data
3. Immortal trait fix:

   Just put the lines before all other traits in ITW\data\export_descr_character_traits.txt

   Trait Immortal
       Characters family
       Hidden
   
       Level Immortal
           Description Immortal_desc
           EffectsDescription Immortal_effects_desc
           Threshold 1

4. To enable naval invasions for all factions, open ITW\data\descr_sm_factions.txt and set all "prefers_naval_invasions ... no" lines to "yes"

its easy to set alx.exe for use, it is much more player friendly than all other *exe's, still; it bypasses some bugs bi.exe has with other fan made mods.

Updating,I use TE Gold with Alexander and I think Monkwarior can use his mod there also? The instructions are now updated with Florin's tutorial on the matter.
