Can anyone please tell me why in 6.1 factiions like Geona, Portugal, do not have new Unit Info Cards? Also if there are updated Unit Info Cards where can I get them?

I'm pretty sure a person named akvilonn was working on those, but he did not finish all of the cards. You can PM here and ask him what's up

I was thinking of making them. I haven't heard back from akvilonn so I might get to work on them soon if anyone is interested.
