Hi, I don't know if this is the best place to post this but I wonder if/how you can change the amount of turns it takes to construct a building. Stuff like that. I would like to change the price on a market from 4500 to 3000 and decrease the amount of turns from 4 to 3. Does anybody know where to find these things and how to do it?
