battle of didgori was important point first crusader wars , in war between Christian and Muslim world in I quarter of XII c.

If Georgians (David the Builder) would not win battle, muslim coalition army of Jihad would take again Jerusalem and would destroy the first wave of crusaders in the near east very easily!

I agree David the Builder definitely should be one of the special characters.

More suggestions:
- Magnus Barefoot of Norway. By this time he had conquered the Orkney Islands, the Hebrides, the Isle of Mann and was already planning to invade the all of Ireland with a large force.
- Alexios I Komnenos of the Byzantine Empire. An ingenious emporer who recovered large parts of territories from the Turks, through his diplomacy and military power.
- Raymond IV of Toulouse. A great deal of credit is owed to him for the success of establishing the Crusader states, and he won many victories against the Turks and Saracens.

for what i've read about the two battles that guy(king) was alot cunning on battlefield, so its officially on the list !!

also seems a logical crusaders ally, i guess

well the characters are already being made both for campaign map and battle models, so all the new requests from NOW ill only come up on our second release

Vlad tepes was considered but we've some problems, we dont had wallachia as faction (on the first release) so this only can be done as rebel or under another regional faction (bulgaria or hungary) but would be unhistorical

But in the future, we're planning a regional campaign wich wallachia and another regional factions ill be featured, all this ill work under FA mod, kind of "official sub-mod"

How about William Marshal, he was one of the greatest warriors of any age, extremely honorable and loyal, chivalrous, wise in council and greatly regarded amongst his peers, and also was a main contributor in winning the english civil war when prince louis of france invaded england and many english barons went over to the french side. he stayed loyal helped win the war and became regent of england for Henry III.
