Perhaps you should try running the game without it.
Nocd fixes usually cause problems with SS.

Hard to tell unless you actually identify the units; I can see one is a kievan strat model..the rest?

Looks like mismatched diff/normal textures on one of the shields and an error in the alpha channel with the teutonic cavalry picture..

You have to name the units in order to check for errors in the modeldb or the textures, not just post screenshots with circles..
