Missing Hungary rebel captain banner

Was missing in my install. Rebel portrait defaults to pink placeholder.

Hmmm, odd, that folder only has files for certain factions.. putting the Hungary one in there looks out of place because it seems they should come in pairs, one regular, one rebel. Perhaps Hungary should be using some kind of default file like most other factions are using?

I'm not sure shenryrr; I ran into a hungarian rebel unit and the captain portrait was blank; it defaulted to placeholder.tga, a pink square.
