I will also be sneaky and not engage in the field... city confines will mess with those pointy eared gits it is possible to wage geurilla war against a foe in M2TW... trust me i've done it.

Were there but a tree in this godforsaken place i would have hanged myself.
Elves could be bribed by diplomats?
Massed Dwarven crossbows and artillery > Elven bowmen? You can just ambush them or throw lots of weak units at them anyway. I've never found it hard to close with archers in M2. Dwarf stamina means they can run all the way to the Elves and still be ready for combat which negates lack of base speed.
It's easy to guerilla war with lots of good mounted generals! You just wait until their army is in the field, then charge it down with your generals. As soon as your bodyguards lose about half their units, press withdraw. The bodyguards heal themselves and the enemy army doesn't heal itself, and you can keep doing it every turn until they're weak enough to siege.
Third Age: Total War! (!!!!)
is there a pic for the Eldar Lancers unit?
Khamûl the Wraith
it is the generals body garud unit and as far as i know it is still only a suggestion
Actually yestarday KK promised to give them to Highs and Silvans would get light cavalry unit too
Power of Elves )

Krechet, we all love screenshots! Thx!
BARDULIA!!!
Yeah, screenies look good!!! BTW Kretchet, in 2-days it is going to be 80F here!!! But just for 3-days now!!! Time to take a dip in one of our Great Lakes and have a Bar-B-Q. Great Lakes are like Lake Baikal in Russia, big and mean, inland seas, waves confirmed at 40-feet, and possibly reaching 50-70-ft. in very bad and long duration storms with 60-100mph winds. Crazy.

These waves are coming from beneath the ice sheet in the bay, and farther out at the edge of the ice sheet they may be 20-ft. or so. This guy standing on the ice along the shore is half-nuts.

-26C over Lake Ontario. It steams. Can hit -51F or less in lower Michigan, -60F and less in Minnesotta, like the Arctic, Canada, Siberia, Morgoth's 1st Age realm, etc. -40F = -40C.

Southern Lake Michigan. Gets much worse. So does lake Superior, and all of the Great lakes.

Eastern Lake Ontario, New York, 4 to 8-footers or so, row upon row of them in a bay, much bigger further out. Winds only 30 to 50mph or so in all these vids. With 60 to 100mph winds it is very wild.

Lake Ontario, New York again. At 0:42 towards the upper left center are two large waves cresting into whitecaps. An old picture of this lighthouse shows a 20-footer just before it hits the lighthoue. This wind storm broke up the ice and pushed it onto land.

Poor Noldo crossing of the Grinding Ice. Lake Erie, New York.

Buried Noldo. -10F or -24C, -50F or so windchill. Buffalo, NY is buried in snow blown off Lake Erie (Morgoth's favorite lake of course).

Falls of the Sirion River just north of the Gates of the Sirion in 1st Age, winter and summer. Niagara Falls, Canada and USA.

Morgoth or Sauron got stuck one day.
1st Age areas originally controlled by Morgoth were near Arctic like.
These ice lake videos remind me of the Noldo Elves crossing the Helcaraxe (Grinding Ice) at the start or actually just before the start of the 1st Age of ME.
OT, but some humor is OK I guess.
