Usually when your adding to what someone said you don't begin with the word, "no". Editing that one post dosen't change the fact that you have been constantly telling people they are wrong in this forum. There is nothing wrong with knowing a lot about a subject but when you start throwing it in people's faces thats when it gets annoying. I believe the term is know-it-all-ism

Wow. They look simply stunning.

No way. I would like to see where you got this from. Fëanor had dark (black) hair and so did most of the Noldor (except the line of Finarfin since they were connected to the Vanyar). The dominant hair colour of the elves in Middle-Earth was definitely dark.
The Vanyar had blonde hair but they live in Aman, not Middle-Earth.
No, most of the Noldor had already perished during the wars of Beleriand. What was left of the Noldor of Eregion mixed with the few Sindar in Rhovanion and settled in Lothlorien. There Galadriel ruled a 'kingdom' of mostly Avari, Nandor and other Úmanyar. Noldor were very, very rare in the Third Age. They were also vastly superior to all the other elves (Moriquendi) in Middle-Earth.yes but actualy most elves there were in fact noldor that she came over with from the undying lands in the first age
I can't seem to remember if I posted in this thread already or not, well, in any case the Elves look amazing!
In regards to hair colour, yeah, most Elves did have dark hair, but to be honest, I really don't think it matters in the mod. Very few people will actually be like "Ah! Blonde Elves! Ugh!" in the middle of a battle, so it really has no effect on the enjoyment of the mod. It's such a small lore faux pas I think it can be skipped over, if the team start making units like spider riding Moria Orcs or giant scorpions then you can be concerned.
"Lórien, like Mirkwood, was settled by Silvan Elves of Nandorin descent some time during the First Age. By the Second Age, Sindarin Elves had enriched its population, and they were ruled by a Sindarin lord, Amdír. The last Sindarin Lord of Lórien was Amroth, who went to Edhellond near Dol Amroth in south Gondor in search of Nimrodel, and was lost at sea. After his time the Silvan Elves of Lórien long had no lords, until Galadriel and her husband Celeborn travelled there from Eregion (Hollin)."

Sorry to go back to this, but I have a book called weapons and warfare in middle earth and it states that the reason in the movie why so many of Haldir's Elves had Noldor swords was becuase that they had kins men who did fight for the last alliance at the battle of mount doom that we see at the beginning of the first movie, they were not Noldor themselves though or else no Uruk would have been able to over power them.
So they were basically family heirlooms.
if the were noldor sauron would be like BOOOM and run away
