Hello fellow Istvanians its been a long time since I played SS and just when I decided to come back I find out my Lord & Emperor is no longer in the game!!!
This is a sad day....a sad day indeed.

Although it's hardly a solace now, but my little SSHCP mod will unleash some of the most powerful generals in the 12th century, all of whom are just waiting to be led to victory: Alfonso the Battler, Alfonso the Conqueror, Roger the Great, Yuri the Long-armed, John Axouch or Imad ad-Din Zengi, just to name a few, will surely bring much joy (or misery, depending on your side) to all who dare to try out my work!

LOL, I was expecting this kind of answer!
Seriously, if I remember correctly, our mighty Istvan started with 3 or 4 Command stars and this was one of the main reasons he was so idolized.
In my submod however, some of the aforementioned guys will have 6 or even 7 stars right at the beginning (not to mention their other traits), making Istvan look like no more than a scout boy...

All in all, it will worth the wait!

IMO, and this may a be a weird thing for me to connect Istvan to,
I like to that he was actually the future Emperor of Mankind(WarHammer 40,0000) in disguise.

That would most certainly explain his obvious all-around genius, not to mention
the immortality.
