    I'm been playing the romans and when i end my turn year 1394 and it becomes the kingdom of Scotland turn the shuts off and says "unexpected errors has occurred". It happens every time i load the game and end my turn.

    plzz i have a problem i'v installed ss 6.0 and patch 6.1 .. every thing is ok except one thing i found out .. i was playing as teutonic order faction .. christ knight unkeep is 600 florins !!!! is there anything wrong ? plzz someone help !!! i'm just thinking how much more ritterbruder will cost

    Theres nothing wrong. Prof. Cavalry upkeep has been dramatically increased to reflect how costly it was to maintain them. Same with mercs.

    thanx for the reply .. i found cavalry is damn strong kool .. i dont mind paying a little more lol .. but i got another problem .. i cannot recruit any heavy infantry or cavalry .. thought my grandmaster is in the fortres still only peasants n peasant archer is avaliable .. i know its Byg's Grim Reality .. but i cannot understand the concept .. can any one help me by explaning .. or give me a guide .. thank u !!!

    Hello from Russia. Plzz, help me. I have install SS6.0? and after upgraded it with SS 6.1 patch. It looks great!!! But I have а problem with a sound. There is no answer, when i clicking on forces, for example, general, prinecc or spy. I hear only sound of "clicking", it is boring to play with dumb army =(. Can you help me?

    Have you tried the sounds and voices patch in the first post?

    Damn thats a lot of money. I know this sounds sorta cheap, but go into the Stainless Steel Directory Data and export_descr_unit.txt and then it is possible to change all kinds of unit stats there including defense and attack, atrributes and cost and upkeep. I did it myself to increase unit balance.

    Plus I just have to say this is the best Medieval+Kingdoms mod. Glad I bought Medieval 2 total war instead of Resident Evil 4

    The file was actually posted by someone in this thread here http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=215669 a couple of days ago. It goes in the SS\data directory. But be sure to delete the events.idx and events.dat files in the SS\data\sounds folder after you put the file in the directory.

    Hi. Big problem here not been on for ages so I'm not sure where to post.

    I keep trying to play stainless steel 6.1. the campaign map is fine I can do all the usual things. but when I try to enter a battle It crashes to desktop and say

    'medieval total war has encountered an unspecified error and will now exit'

    I deleted the two geography files too before I installed stainless steel.

    any help would be appreciated, either post here or email me

    Try installing SS again on top of the existing installation.

    Man i love this mod it is the best i have ever played period. i edited the files on mines and now i am playing as the Rebels in the Imperial Campaign.

    And let me say this much to any experienced player that want's a real challenge i would recommend them to edit there files if they know what they are doing and add the rebel faction into the game and play as them.

    You are at war with everyone and are constantly under attack and playing with Lusted's Campaing AI and Using Xerxi's Newest Battle AI my campaing is very challenging and very fun indeed.

    So far i am holding my own and doing pretty well considering that i am at war constantly with everyone.Thanks once again to King Kong for such great work on such a Fantastic Mod.
