    No. Armageddon is HoI2 + DD + Very minor tweaks + Scenarios

    Play vanilla for a while (naked), get used to the controls, try different nations (naked), and then i suggest trying CORE (naked) and Modern Day Scenario (clothed).

    You will learn to love your Lt/Mj Generals and will remember their names for ever (attire whilst remembering them is totally up to you).
