Well Commodus, I dont really know why he wants your support.
It would seem as though he needs another legion in Massilia.
With two access points to the province and the only safe passage to what is now Roman areas he feels one legion will be spread to thinly.
To cover two bridges, a town and a road, unless you maybe want to stand along the road and stop any invading gauls in your toga.

Marcus, I do agree with you but with capturing Provinces comes more Legions. which this bill is covering
