This sort of issue usually means that there was a problem in the download or installation. Are you sure that you installed TTW onto a clean (unmodded) version of RTW-BI 1.6?

I have a CLEAN (unmodded) version of RTW-BI 1.6,instaled at the write place but doesn't works.couls you explain it?

hmm, I don't know, but sometimes I think you have to install the mod inside the BI folder, not the Rome total war folder. It's been a while since I've installed the mod; please forgive me if I am wrong.
