hey, I messed up my file by deleting some files (beyond local files.....whoops) while I was trying to install third age. I can't play the vanilla game now. I've uninstalled and re-installed and I get the missing executable.... How do I fix this?

DVD? Steam? Other?

what it looks like, it is going very slow, when or if they will finish it, no one knows. Hopefully it will be done.
If you want to play as Serbia, you can try mods like SV 3.3, or install SS 6.4, then add one of the sub mods that have Serbia. Do some search on forum, it takes few minutes

Hello everybody.
Im locking for a mod that skales way smaller then the normal campaign.
I dont want huge battles and giant factions, I rather have a smaller shaped campaign.
Any suggestions?

I played M2TW a long time ago, I was somewhat obsessed with the Abbasid faction, so I tried all mods that included it.
I remember playing a mod that had the Abbasid faction in it, its color was light green, and had very simple units. I've been looking for it for ages, but I cannot find it. If anyone can help me with that, I'd be grateful, thank you.

Yes, you'll need Kingdoms for TATW. In fact you need Kingdoms for most mods so it's definately advisable to buy Kingdoms. Besides that the Kingdoms campaigns themselves are quite fun.

Chivalry 2: Sicilian Vespers in the renaissance campaign. And I heard about another mod, possibly Clouds Across Europe, but I think it's for vanilla not Kingdoms and it has CTD problems.

I've been curious for a while now; but has anyone ever made a custom MTW2 map that only encompassed Europe and basically stripped the Americas from the game? Thinking back to CTW1, that had a really well balanced map, but most MTW2 mods have not really given attention to certain areas like the Balkans/Greece, Anatolia/Cilicia, Armenia/Georgia/Near East or even Italy to some extent. I figure that 5/6 provinces in the Americas are somewhat wasted given the hardcoded province limit, and are better utilised in providing strategic depth to the areas I've mentioned.
