    Default Reskin Programs

    I would like to become a Modder and I have always been interested in re-skinning units in RTW. Can somebody tell me what programs i need? I saw the list of 2D And 3D editing programs in a thread on this forum but I am confused. What are the best free programs?

    2D: I can recommend you GIMP. The freeware program has very good support and the important plugins.
