Build Time Discription

Hi,

When I take mouse cursor over building in the building list it shows build time. But when I call out by Right Mouse Button clicking building card it shows another build time. Mostly one turn longer to build on the building card...

here is example:
Lyceum is 5 turn to build on building card, but on the building list only 4 turns.
Thats same situation is with Scriptorium, Irrigation etc.

Some build times are corect - barracks, hipodrome...

The mausoleum at Halicarnassus provides something like a 10-20% reduction on build times, although this only applies to structures that take longer than five turns to build in the first place.
