cannot find tuetonic order to destroy

as lithuania, one of my objective is to eliminate the Teutonic order.

i have captured all their city (their territory shows 0, on the graph)
also killed their king. how do i find them on the map, maybe the remnant of their army is still some where far away on the map,

what is a easy way to find them?

the toggle_fow cheat. But if their cities are gone, then they should be dead.

I heard if the priest is alive or an agent than they still stay around.

My last game as Lithuania, they never disappeared. I killed all of their generals, and took all their cities, and yet they remained. He's probably right, you probably have to kill their agents or wait for them to die.

guess i have a bug then, teutonic order as well as kingdom of Jeruselum.
have no cities. and no armies yet have very good finance and still counts as "living faction" it's been like that for 50 turns or so ....

Hmm, if they don't have a family tree - they CAN NOT be destroyed - for example the Papal States...

The finance is probably from the money script. Have you determined if they have any agents remaining?

Same thing happened to me, in my Norwegian Campaign.
The Lithuanians took all the baltic cities, but the Teutons were not destroyed.
I sent spies around, but the Teutons held no other cities, and I saw no horde.
All they had was a fleet aimlessly plowing the northseas.
50 turns later there was a revolt in Konigsburg, and the Teutonic order reappeared.
I thought it was pretty cool.
Always nice with some instability among enemy regions

Ahhh i love it when a faction re-emerges through civil revolt! Although for me its only happened, for myself, in Ajacco when the Sicilians took over and the brave hearted populace of the grand isle of Ajacco thought they would return to their beloved caring master.

More re-emerging factions!

And mabye you could add the Culture bar from Britannia too to show the chance of revolt and other stuff such as recruitment... like in Britannia!

well they been without a town for 30-40 turns... can't make new agent and old ones should die by now... looking at some other posts maybe they can have a fleet or something. guess i'll have to look all over the map for them.

If the faction does NOT have a family tree, it can NOT be destroyed - I believe the teutonic order doesn't have a family tree?

Check: The Teutonic Order does not have a family tree - thus they can not be destroyed, for example the Papal States - always there.
