one track won't play

Hi there,

Got a weird problem with music in MTW2. I modded the music by following Trajan's excellent tutorial. I copied in my own own mp3 tracks and edited descr_music to tell the game what to play and when.

It works really well except for one particular track, which never plays. Even though it plays if I double-click on its icon in the 'sounds' folder. And even though its file name is correct and matches what I wrote in descr_music. It still won't play.

Any advice or ideas?

afew things

1) is the file extension correct?
2) check for spelling mistakes?
3) check you are playing as the right culture and different cultures have different music.

I really owe you one. It was the file extension in the sounds folder! Now it's fixed and the music kicks in on cue and sounds amazing. I really want to thank you coz I've been baffled by this for days. And thanks for taking the trouble to reply.
