Swap File

In a "Best Practices" sticky dvd901 suggested the Swap file should be 1024mb...both min and max.

Can someone tell me how to do this with Vista?

I don't have Vista, but I found this on the net, changing it in Vista seems very similar to XP:

* Click on Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System
* Choose Advanced system settings from the top left hands side
* Make sure that the Advanced tab is selected
* In the Performance section click Settings
* Click on the Advanced tab
* In the Virtual Memory section click Change

Now, before being able to change any virtual memory setting, you have to uncheck "Automatically manage paging file sizes for all drives".
