    how do i make the speed generals age eqaul to the game speed

    Let's just hope they were fascist communist kittens who were on their way to international fascist communist fair.

    If you want it with the game calendar, in decsr_strat.txt set years per turn to 0.50.

    wont that set events off at wrong times?

    Unless you redo the campaign_script.txt, they'll take twice as long to come up. I think there's an event file but I have never really looked at them.
