I have a question about the Proconsuls. Should we restrict their spending to only their provinces net income? We certainly don't want them dipping into Italian funds...

This is a good question.
Is there a quick way to work out how much they make without having to spend half their term deciding if its 2000 or 20000.
Ultimately Rome has her legions there and if they are disbanded by the proconsul surely he should get the benefit of the denarii he is saving the treasury?
It will be tricky.
Does it cover legions or just infrastructure?

I would like to make my appointmetn for Censor, and have chosen the wise Servius Labienus, now if this man believes he can effectivly perform the role as censor, then I have no problem with a small trip to Carthage.

However, with the man I wanted for Princeps Senatus unable to perform the task, any who would like to have the role sent me a courier(PM) and I will chose the most suitable as my understudy.
