OOC: Well, since you ask, no Carthage is completely out of Iberia! Here's a map taken from in-game(I typed "toggle_fow" for a full faction extension ooc report):

As you see here, the Carthies are out of Iberia and being invaded in turn; in the east there's the worrying extension of the Greek City States. Other than these, all else nations surrounding us are expanding normally...

ooc: Should we just roleplay that the Iberians in Africa are a coalition of Numidian tribes? It wouldn't make much sense if there were Celtiberians in the deserts of Africa.

ooc: But I think you misunderstood me. I didn't say that we were going to be the Numidians, I was just saying that we should pretend that the Iberians in North Africa were actually Numidians.

ooc: I didn't say anyone was going to be the Numidians. All I'm saying is that when or if we invade Africa and we encounter the Iberians in it, we should just pretend they're Numidians and not Iberians.
