Stringtable? Could really do with some help

Hi all, Ive just got into adding cities and its all going smoothly until I found this lovely little feature. Ive checked all the spellings are correct and brackets are all where they're supposed to be.

Any help? Would be greatly appreciated.

Im editing descr strat, barbarian_invasion_regions-and_settlement_names, descr_regions-and_settlement_name_lookup and descr regions

message reads- script error in bi/data/worlds/maps/base/descr_regions.txt, at line 348, column 5

couldnt find settlement name arretium in string table

This is BI
(though I have the same problem with RTW) and at line 348 is Umbria

EDIT:: Just solved that problem and now ive got a whole new one. Gonna start a new thread for that.
