It sounds like you didn't install the game properly.
Please explain the steps you went through in the install process. The more detail you provide the sooner someone may be able to help you.
Unless it's a modified file no-one is allowed to post files due to copyright violation.

I set the installer to my documents and then I put it into my rome total war folder.
