We have many beleifs:
I- All free citizens are equal, whether patrician or pleb, men have the same rights. At the same time our beleif is that slaves are needed to the brutal and horrible jobs that true romans should have no obligation to do.
II- Expansion is a vital need to the empire and expansion must continue as it keeps the flow of money in. We, the romans are the master of the world and must stay that way by showing who is in charge. But expansion for the sake of expanding is never needed and our plebs life are important. Every time we expand our empire, jobs must be handed back to the loyal soldiers who won the land
III- A republic is vital to the flow of our empire. Why else did we get rid of those horrible kings? Ditators should never be used unless there is a huge crisis and the senate should always have some power even when a dictator is called for.
IIII- We beleive that any deserters or if a commander retreats from a battle that he could have won will be stripped of his title or will be disbanded. Also we beleive that honourable soldiers shall be granted land and money for the service.
