borders on/off

this is not really technical, more of practical. i didnt switch borders on when i installed, and ingame it doest look very good with borders off, like some kid has coloured it, i didnt like this on RTR neither, is there anyway to get boreders on without re-installing, please and thankyou

In the Data folder, there is a folder called "IMPORTANT_STUFF", in that folder there is a folder called "Region borders visible", in that folder there is a Descr_Sm_Factions, just overwrite the Descr_Sm_Factions file in the Data folder with that file.
