    Byzantine Peasants, Spear Militia, Spearmen, and Dismounted Lancers.

    I'll probably go back and redo the Spear Milita, since it's sorta big compared with the others.

    Or make the Dismounted Lancers and maybe the Spearmen a big taller?
    Actually I think the Spear Militia has the perfect size.
    Anyway they look beautiful! Even those peasants look pretty cool.

    Spearmen look uber, but why do they all cover only just a little bit more than 3/4 of the card? Can they be made above the number? As this part of the screen is absolutely useless...

    And, have you tried using a file with different resolution for unit card? It should make them singnificantly sharper. =)

    Hmm, not sure why, but it doesn't seem like I can get rid of that blank space you notice Echad. Saving these as .tgas with the top ending as close as possible to the unit still adds that blank area.

    Looks to me like a hardcoded thing.

    Ah, I was afraid so. =) So, what about, say, the double or 4x resolution? Will the game load them as normal? Because it does so with strat map banner symbols, and they look MUCH sharper that way. =)

    Oh, I can already see and access the beta tester zone (mod powers and all).

    But I doubt I need to, since it'll be LONG while before I ever get to the factions that use new meshes and textures.

    But they AFAIK need the new cards more than te faction, that already got the correct ones... Can you BTW, write down the units that seem to got incorrect texture, like for example, I've seen some Denmark guys still red.

    Ah, I don't think I have a clue on that note, I'm a little out of it when it comes to SS and how each faction looks.

    I DO know the Byzantines are vastly different, that's about it. I guess Denmark and Milan as well?


    Edit: I know I haven't churned out cards like I did for the Turks, for that I'm really sorry. It actually doesn't take me more than half an hour to make 4 new cards, tops.

    It's just that I've been engrossed in work for my Maghreb Mod, and I'm on a roll!

    No no, I haven't forgotten (I've been in recent contact with KK about them, in fact).

    I've merely been busy with other things ranging from work and research to simply making some drastic headway on my Maghreb Mod. I finally got the hang of mesh editing and texture mapping, so I was engrossed with such work for the better part of the last two weeks (check them out in my signature link if you're curious).

    After Tuesday, I may see some slowdown in work, and I think I'm either finished or near finished with mesh work in my mod, so I should have more free-time to make Byzantine unit cards then.
