Been playing with this for a couple of days now, enjoying it very very much, great job.
I've noticed though that there are quite a lot of Rome traces still hanging around ... e.g. in tooltips, recruitment reports, various in-game dialogs. Jusr curious to know if this is a bug in my installation, or just stuff you didn't get around to?

I got a CTD as byzantines. generic error "RomeMedevialMOD/data/models_unit/textures/officer_byzantines not found.

1. Orthodox Christianity - for Russia and Byzantium) ?
2. Religious traits for agents and diplomats ?
3 Тo change antic textures Of diplomats on strat-map ?

I keep getting CTD during battle start up. here is the error message "failed to find texture RomemedevialMOD/data/models_unit/textures/officer_byzantines". i checked the folder and there was no file there called 'officer_byzantine". I copied and renamed one to it but it did not help.

For now I'll try to diagnose the problem.... Can you download this, and copy it to your RomeMedieval modfolder to see if the problem still exist?

Playing Kingdoms happily. Great job with traits and religions, especially by including the forced diplomacy.
I noticed that every change to the game files is saved game compatible! How did you manage to do that?
I would have small complain though. It would be very kind of you, if you would find time to fix the sprites and make the game available for slow pc and netbook users. I'm doing it myself, if I have some spare hours.

Good idea. I played with the sprite section in descr_model_battle.txt file before but haven't had a chance to make my own sprite. I'll look into it next week probably.I also intend to work on a sprite pack, as large battles in this game are too much for my poor laptop.

I had a sneaky feeling that "reasonably straight-forward" would probably prove to be a tad over-optimistic

How do you get the full installer? And how do you install it?
