free upkeep

hi playing this mod and none of my troops recruitable in city or castle are free upkeep is this a know bug>??

several units of peasants will be OK, they wont cost u much, especially in BC, the economy is always fine~

The only thing left to to do is upgrade the text of walls without the free upkeep units text

I always use free upkeep units for cities, no matter how rich is my state. It's just a concept, that cities should be garrisoned by militia units, as it was historically, not by superb field army units.
