    Default Need Settings file!

    Can someone open up thier settings file in thier EU3 Directory and tell me what is the proper refresh rate for the game, thanks.

    the refresh rate depends on your monitor type...
    my LCD has a refresh rate of 75Hz, while a CRT monitor can have up to 100Hz refresh rate...

    It says 0... In-game options say 60.
