Problem with export_VnVs.txt.strings.bin

hi everybody, just to solve the problem with georgia i copy paste the zip archive and deleted the export_VnVs.txt.strings.bin archive, but when i start the game and click a georgian unit it causes a CTD, then i return to the data/text and there is again the export_VnVs.txt.strings.bin archive.

How can i delete it definitively????

I have solved it, using the quick fix do it by yourself for non-english versions

actually notepal...i have the same problem with an english version. how did you do it?
