a problem occured in battle

i won a battle against eastern roman empire and they routed. After winning battle i run after them to take them as prisoner but i couldnt killl 3 men they didnt fight and my units too.

Yup had this too.

When ever you want to chase small number of routing units, i just cant. I had problems chasing saracen militia with my quapuluks (Turkish bodyguard).
Ihad to manually order my units to run infront of that single saracen and attack them when my quapuluks will have them in wepaons range and pray for them to not miss.

If a larger number of units rout (like 30) there is not problem with capturing them.
