If you like the mod idea and you think you have some skills, or want to learn it, post your message/skills here.
There is also some free positions for factions historians (see factions thread).
We still need modellers for the mod,
mappers,
skinners,
2d graphicans,
modders.
Dont forget, its some work to be part of a mod team, but its very cool to be some of the first, can play a new mod, while others only wait!
How to get into team:
1- First post a message here what possition would would like to help
2- You will be get into team in some steps: please understand we only let people into the dev-forum that have been accepted and shown some work for the mod.
3- PM me or the co-leaders for some work to show.
4- if you are already an accepted team member, please check 'To all team members:' here in thread to apply for inner dev-group
5- at last all team members should check once a week this mods subforum to keep in touch with the development process and the other team members.

For Head-of-Faction Leaders:
Head of Factions are in our mod responsible for all things related to that faction
It's >>YOUR-FACTION<<.
You are the one that is in charge of all aspects, but this on the other hands give you a wide degree to define how the faction should be.
This includes
1-All starts with the propper name: We use the native names of a faction (everywhere the game engine dont crashes with it).
Open a thread here, name the 'faction: '... (put the english name in parentesis behind like you can see in the stickies theads above).
2-Define your lands, name, cities/castles.
3-It helps if you can post some maps for it to define the territory, or better try to paint it directly in map_regions.tga.
4-Name your king/queen and his/her family.
5-Try to write a faction description.
6-Define what are the factions objectives and how hard you think it would be to archive them (difficult level).
7-Now it comes to the units: Try to think twice what units are really needed. But if you have them post all infos we need to get them done. Post some images of that units if possible.
Define how costy/elite they are.
8-Check and contact other mods if they already have such units (this would speed up our building process).
9-Post a list of possible names and lastnames for that faction.
