You're referring to a capital city for Wallachia? I guess it'll be Tîrgoviște unless i'm mistaken

Serbia as well as Wallachia will have settlement models made for their corresponding culture. Only custom models for now are Ragusa, Constantinople and Tarnovo. But there will be more.
As for each specific fraction capital check game information and previews.

Ok, thanks, but it would be a shame if not every faction gets a special settlement.
I mean everyone should feel special

It's not that big of a deal in my opinion. It would be a nice little easter egg most certainly, but I would not think any less of Tsardoms if they decided to not make Suceava into a special settlement)))

I think the number of possible custom settlements is limited.

Yeap the number of custom settlements are limited. So most factions can't have one. Only a select few which had really large and famous cities. Unfortunately we can't compare Suceava or Targoviste with the likes of Constantinopole or Rome.

1482, probable birth of Negoe Basarab, according to some researchers "In Muntenia comes to the throne, after Vlad The Monk, a wise, peaceful and just lord:Radu the Great. He did not wage wars, wanted peace, and dealt mainly with cultural affairs he thus called to him
Nifon Patriarch of Konstantinoupolis is called to Ungrovlavhia by Radu the great, and, with his help reorganised the Wallachian church. He decided that besides the Metropolitan church, residing in Arges- it would move to Targoviste, as Nifon had wanted in time of Negoe Basarab, in 1517- there should be two bishops; one in Buzau and the other in Oltenia, in Ramnicu Valcea. Where he built The Hill Monastery- there receiving the Monk Macarius, who had worked in Cetinje and he ordered first printed book 1508". (C.C Giurescu, D. C. Giurescu History of Romanians)

Are you suggesting we should have him as an emerging character? Yeah that is a pretty good idea.

I was partially, but I also stumbled across some information from the book of Saint Negoe Basarab to Theodosie. Just wondered if you would be interseted if I put up some more? There are mostly characters of religious nature, from Serbia, Mt Athos etc

Yeah for sure, we could add them as ancillaries. That would be very interesting.

I read that in the Battle of Breadfield in 1479, the Wallachian infantry fighting on the Turkish side and carried forks, which were used in the similar
way as the deployable sharpened stakes in Medievel 2.
Therefore, maybe one-two Wallachian infantry units could get the deploy sharpened stakes ability.
