    Default EODII Music mod.

The music is included within the main mod download, if you DL that you do not need this.

This is the music from EODII; Lycan rising, I thought it I might as well pack it separately for anyone who wants to use it. I haven't included any files as EODII uses the music in a very ''where it's needed'' fashion, the names have been changed for purely aesthetic reasons.

All tracks written produced and played by me.

Permission to use in any mod is given under the condition accreditation is included on release, any other usage must be discussed.

Nice move. Generous and community oriented. You might want to think about asking citation to be in some format so you can be sure certain information is provided that leads back to you...and/or asking mod teams to protect the music that you're providing in the same way...it's not for free distribution and you aren't giving it into the public domain...but rather allowing free use for Mod Creation (any game engine?)...remixing/sampling allowed?

    Sorry, I over complicate things.

Well done - it's a very noble move on your part!

I get what you mean, but as long as no one charges money for these tracks I'm pretty easy on how they get used.

If they did turn up in, for eg; a Guinness add good, I'll ask for cash and if they refuse I'll sue.

oh yeah, the only part i don't like is how off the battle music is. it's usually calm even when 1000+ soldiers are fighting to the death at the last bastion of humanity.

Some people prefer big war drums, some prefer to turn the music off, I tried to make it so it wasn't overbearing but would break through every now and then.

I did the whole soundtrack in two days, I think it's pretty good considering.

Yup, the missus and nipper went away for a weekend so I had just enough time to knock this out, I wish I'd had longer but then again I might have messed about more.

Mostly on keyboard though some of the guitars are live and some of the drums are sampled.

Well done Halie, seems like you are multi-talented. Are you a hobbyist musician? I am a basement guitar player... you just got me thinking about composing atmospheric tracks, rather than the same old blues/surf licks, for perhaps another mod that would be interested.

EDIT: Earlier in my youth I was into NIN, Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy and all that stuff. Definitely caught the NIN reference, that track reminds me of the NIN Ghosts album, or the album that came after TDS, forgot the name.

To be honest I rarely play these days, I have an acoustic that I give a little twinkle now and then but the heavy artillery has been stored away since I did this stuff.. If you've got the equipment making music for mods is a good way to contribute to the community, and yeh I agree atmospheric sounds can be put to use in most mods..

I used to be in a band years ago, we covered that NIN track so it's always stuck in my head..

Gahh, just noticed the link is dead, I'll have to fix that later..
