FAILED TO INILIASISE 3D AUDIO

Hi folks,
I have vista home premium 64 bit.
I have had some problems downloading and playing both RTW and MTW mods with VISTA.
With help from you folks out there but mostly from searching the threads i have been able to play most of the mods i wanted to.
Anyway i have moved on to BITW mods.
No problems starting a campaign on 58BC mod.
But with ATW i followed downloading instructions carefully checked the folders checked shortcut properties everything looked correct,
When i try to launch game i get the first BITW scrren on my desktop i then get a small window which says "FAILED TO INITIALISE 3D AUDIO" and the launch fails.
Had the same problem with the IBTW mod i have posted there as well but no replys yet.
Love the look of both these mods some if someone could help me out that would be fantastic.

For future referance,
The problem is only present in copys i have made of my original BITW folder,
the original install is ok hence my download of 58 bc mod works ok
