HOW DO I GET THEM? I've go the Jerusalem Empire, Antiochs ,and Turks all cluster attacking me with gunners. My calvary is running for it.

I'm not sure as i dont have kingdoms, yet.
but if my memory serves me correctly you need to have the largest type of fortress to gain access to them which the byzies cannot buid, so u have to wait for the AI to make it then take over it & voi la byzantine gunners.

I'm not, they are one of my favorites. I think you may have to open export_descr_buildings.txt and move them from the marksmanship range to the archery one.

yea. So it's impossible to build gunners as the byz? Can someone please tell me exactly what i must do?

Byzantine gunners can be recruited at the marksman range.
The problem is that the byzantines can't build marksman ranges, so you'll have to capture a fortress from an enemy faction that has a marksman range.
