Short Story on a Spartan

Short story on the life of a Spartan born in 514 BC, participated in the Argive Wars and the Persian Wars. It is historical fiction, the story may have inaccuracies and I'd appreciate it if you point them out. Nikandros' was not real, slightly based on Dienekes, kinda gets Rambo during the end. It was made to entertain, hope you like it!

I am reading it now.
I will make subsequent posts about each chapter i read.

First of all one minor objection if you will.
Leonidas was forced by the council of elders (the real ruling body of Sparta) to stay there and buy time for the wall Spartans were building on the Isthmus of Corinth.

The real story is that Spartans were also way too skeptical about confronting the Persian Navy in Salamis area. They were arguing that it would be better to be around Isthmus and defend the wall from sea invasions.

There is were Themistocles said the famous "παταξον μεν άκουσον δε" (beat me but then listen to me) to the Spartan that was admiral of the joint Greek fleet.

EDIT: Dude Socrates is a male name lol

At chapter 4 you say that Nikandros managed to win the Olympics games of boxing and Pagkration.

Just pointing here that according to this Spartans never participated to the Olympic boxing event, because they thought that the means to defeat were dishonorable.

Other than that in general it was a good story
