You do realise there have been more books written about Napoleon than any other historical personage , ever.. except of course Jesus Christ.
Napoleons last words....
"The Army...... head of the Army..... Josephine". And that's a fact.
Josephine is , and always will be a moral force behind the Grand Armee that we will never understand.
"My God, I wish we had the 9th Australian Division with us this morning."
- - Major-General Francis de Guingaund, Chief of Staff, Allied Land-Forces Headquarters Europe, D-Day, 1944
"Australian troops had, at Milne Bay, inflicted on the Japanese their first undoubted defeat on land. Some of us may forget that, of all the allies, it was the Australians who first broke the invincibility of the Japanese army."
— Field Marshal Sir William Slim.

From what you have already done, all I can say is Wow. Frankly it's looking better than some store bought products i've seen before!
A quick question for you:
Will you include the British Rifles in the mod? I have been quite a fan of the Sharpe's books and series, Rifleman Dodd, and some of the American actions involving rifles against ordianry muskets. Rifles would or should be used in the skirmishing role, using the rtw ambush setup, but allowing a hit and fade without losing your troops.
Oh, and do you think you will have different rates of fire depending on your units rank or experience? it would make sense to have green units fire 2 rounds a minute, more veteran and trained ones 3 rounds a minute, and your elite or riflemen firing 4. This could make or break a British commander when facing a French column.
I go to boot camp here in like 2 weeks, and I look forward to seeing how the mod has come along when im done!
*AH!, just looked at your unit list, Awesome is all i'll say!*
Dedicated to getting rid of crappy, CA vanilla weapons...and stuff......
Good luck in boot, Burninator. Keep your sword wet and your backside dry

Most excellent progress LZoF.. :w00t I have a brilliant rendition of the "1812" thundering away ... in my head... as always, my compliments to the Lordz.
LZoF, in the horse and musket period , the Artillery did not have a "Colour Party" per se. Their guns were , and still are considered their "Colours". Artillerymen fought their guns to the last and only retired in the face of overwhelming hand to hand odds. I salute them......
EDIT: Guns being a contemporary colloquial for cannon. It holds true though, that on parade for instance, even these days, that the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery ( the most Senior Ceremonial "Regiment" in the British Army) do not troop their Colours under a Colour Escort. They CHARGE their Colours onto the field........

Estimated time of completion?
It is just a working model to try out some settings and models so don't jumb to any conclusions about any colour parties for arty, but thank you for the concern :grinLZoF, in the horse and musket period , the Artillery did not have a "Colour Party" per se.
