After some discussion with the other moderators,we have come to the conclusion that it would be on the greater benefit of both the newcomers and the senators themselves to give any new member that requires it,a tutor of shorts(called Patronus)in order to give him a quick,easy and interactive walkthrough of the senatorial life.Be aware,this is not a way to gain votes(a protegee doesn't have the obligation to support his patronus if he doesn't wills it by himself)but a way to overcome the difficulties of the newcomers due to complexity issues.

The obligation of a patronus will be to give a detailed sum up of the senate decisions and actions to his protegee,to explain him the constitution,to give him a detailed description of available offices and to guide him through his first office.

Any one of the older members who wish it and has the time for it,apply here your intention to patronize a new senator;Also,any new member or anyone who wishes to join the senate,please ask here from any senior member to patronize you!

I couldn't resist, it was the first thing that popped into my head, even with the Roma Curia flavor of the whole thing.
