Lepidus, I would infact like to enlighten you, and the rest of the senate that I suggested that it only last for the term and then be re-assesed before the next consul, to prevent unneccesary harddhips on the people. This is not to say that your veto was unjust or wrong, because the current vote didn't allow for this. I would like to, see if you Lepidus and other tribunes would agree to this motion:
