One large force is very unwise senators..
these men are determined but they are no unbeatable and when rome and her people are destined to rule no one can stop us!
southern italy must be clensed of this enemy so that the barbains of the north can be supresed.
The Consul use both legions to subdue the south. Two legions can conquer the south faster than one big host senators.

i said legions in my motion, not make them one huge legion. they will remain separate forces, but if the Epirotes join together, they may be too much for one legion to handle and require some support from the north. the mop-up is needed for a safer existence.
