All major cereal crops except rice are C4 crops (and a GMO form of rice called "golden rice" is C4) feature their highest agricultural productivity when atmospheric concentrations of CO2 are at 700ppm. Additionally, a warmer world will be a wetter world--much more accessible freshwater. A warmer world will make vast amounts of land habitable year round (Canada and Siberia). Lastly, a number of new shipping routes would become navigable, dramatically reducing the cost and time of international trade.
Global warming would entail substantial transition costs (sea walls, irrigation pipelines to newly dry regions, etc.) but the long term benefits are enormous.
