    Can't play Kievan Rus. The moment I click the icon in faction select I get CTD. Also problems with the faction select screen. Starting new late campaign will give the faction select screen for early campaign or CTD or work as it should.

    I Decided to try this mod out as england, and I am fairly impressed, it is much much more fun to play then vanilla, one of the features I actually quite like seems to have a bug of some kind in it. Im not really sure what the intention with the loyalty traits in your generals are but this is what happened to me.

    Some of my generals have the 'Rebel!' trait, and some have the 'Royalist' Trait.
    It seems to be somewhat of a war of the roses. The problem is that, the Rebel generals don't actually rebel, all they do is cause unrest in my settlements I cant move some of them, some of them i can order to move very slowly and others i can command as normal. I was kind of expecting the rebels to just form a new faction or something, but its becoming game-killing just to have them stuck in my cities (and I can't kill them with assassins for some reason)

    KK you have a problem with the Values in the config_ai_battle.xml
    I tried to pm you, however NR. The only thing I am concerned with ATM is the Battle analyzer

    I have modded one if you want it. Many of

    Mongols are not in the money script (late era campaign). Don't know if bug or on purpose.

    my late era campaign always crashes when I got to battle with the egypt-units... I was invading Cairo with a full stack of french knights and a huge army of them equipped with this catapult-thing (from teutonic camp in kongodoms) in it, is always crashing my computer, i have to reboot... thatīs so annoying! I love this campaign and now these crashes... the strange thing ist, its only This one army!

    any ideas, what it could be?

    Is the Black Death a random event now ? It arrived in 1209 in my England game and wrecked my economy lol. Should nt really arrive til 1348.
    Oh well, I ll start a new game with Ataegina s mini mod. Hope it doesn t crash. Seems ok.

    As the HRE, I took Venice's capital city. Several turns later, they managed to take it back from me and I got the pop-up message about how the capital of the Republic of Venice has fallen and how I should send military aid. This, obviously, makes no sense as it has been liberated; it has not fallen. I'm also not about to send military aid to my enemies.

    Edit: The image for the catapult maker is the same as the image for a catapult. I can't remember if that's what it's like in vanilla. If it is, ignore this edit.

    Unfortuntely I don't have the time to reply to every post, so just just say thanks for your bug reports and of course, I'll try to iron out the remaining bugs soon!

    Regarding the William Wallace CTD: I'm pretty sure the last files I forgot to put in the new patch: models and textures for William Wallace.

    Hi Jihada,
    In my England game William the Conqueror died in 1131 aged 67. Well he was actually born in 1028 which would make him 103 in 1131.
    I havn t checked other faction leaders ages but I wonder if some others are wrong.
    I checked France as well. Philip I was 27 in 1080 (b. 1053). Game says he is 40.
    Every turn is 1.5 years, so this explains their age....

    some AI stupidity.

    i start as venice in early campaign, attack this rebel settlement (large town) with general. It's garrisoned with peasant crossbowmen and 3xspear militia. I sieged the town and ended turn.

    The rebel sallies out. i just ordered my general to run back, they chase, i make them to follow me around till they're tired, and i lure them to the farthest corner of the map and look for a good chance to charge the crossbowmen head on.

    The crossbowmen get slaughtered and routs back to the town while my general just runs in circles with enemy spearmen, waiting for the crossbowmen to 'un-rout' at the town center.

    Now the tricky part, I must time it so that i order my general (located at the farthest end of the map) to reach the gate when the crossbowmen comes back out to join the fight. By doing this, i get to enter the town and stand at the center of the town for 3 minutes and enemy spearmen are always too slow to make it back to the town square and i get a free large town.

    I found two issues...

    Scopia (castle) has city road.

    Vienna (city) has castle road.

    You can also do that by just following routing troops into the city. Unfortunatly that tactic works both ways; I lost a town in vanilla because some spearmen got stuck with their pathfinding and the gate couldn't close.

    OK! Here's the problem!! William Wallace arrives in a conquered Scotland. He has a big army outside Edinburgh. He doesn't attack Edinburgh. I attack then CTD. OK! leave it a few turns then try again. CTD!!!!!!!!!! He's just sitting there having a picnic and doesn't do anything. Can't attack cos' CTD .Doesn't effect the trade route so being their is a waste of time. An annoying Scottish army sitting in my conquered lands that I can't do nothing about :-(

    A old bug from 5.0, all the teutonic generals/familiy members has the same skin as the grandmaster..
    I would guess it is a easy fix, but could someone tell me how?

    The number of factions allowed in custom battles is less than the number of factions allowed in the game. So some factions have to be left out of the custom battles screen. However you can change which ones you want available by editing the descr_sm_factions.txt.

    I have encountered a rather weird bug:

    On Scandinavia, there is a small sea that is normally not accessible with ships. (It is connected with a river to another small sea). You can NOT buy a mercenary cog when standing adjacent to this sea, yet the Norwegian King and a small army of his loyal men managed to bring a ship there somehow, and now they reign over this little sea.

    I think it is the same problem that whiteeagle reported some time ago (he had the problem with a rebel ship). But I don't understand how the norwegians could have gotten there, since they usually don't spawn random ships like rebels, do they?

    i would have taken a screenshot, but unfortunately I don't know how to post screenies.
