Problem with Kingdoms after uninstaling UAI

Hi All,

I have a new installation of MTW2 w Kingdoms - all retail :-)

I was playing with UAI mod and then used the uninstall. It appeared to unistall without errors. But since then I cannot access any of theKingdoms campaigns from the launcher. Its saying certain files are missing. However I can still play Vanilla MTW2..from the same launcher.

The only other thing I have done recently is my Vista version updated some .Net files today.

Can anyone suggest why Kingdoms now wont even launch?

Im hoping i dont have to re-install he whole shebang again :hmmm:

The UAI uninstaller only deletes its own files, the reason for your issue must be something else.

Hi

I guess ive done something silly. Ive just noticed that though it says ive got Kingdoms installed, there is no Kingdoms.exe file in my MTW2 folder. In fact no Kingdoms files except for the unpack bat files for each of the Kingdms campaigns.

Basically it appears as if i havent actually installed Kingdoms but the cd wont let me install over it because it says ive already got Kingdoms. Oh dear.

I guess i need to do it all over again. Ho hum.
